max attachment size oddness

Hello again,

I would like to increase the attachment size limit. I have found out how
to do so here: http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/AttachmentSize but this
does not work for me. To be fair, it does work on my test box running
Ubuntu Dapper, but it doesn't work on the production OpenBSD box. On the
BSD box, changing the php.ini values memory_limit, post_max_size and
upload_max_size to 50M doesn't even alter the 'max 2 M' next to the
'Add' button. There is no php.conf file anywhere, there is no proxy
server running, and there is no LimitRequestBody directive in any of the
apache config files. I'm running Apache 2.0.54, uw-imap 2004.352

I've included the configtest.php output:

SquirrelMail version: *1.4.9 [CVS]*
Config file version: *1.4.0*
Config file last modified: *14 August 2006 23:36:59*

slower internal gettext functions.

won't work.

iconv - Iconv functions are unavailable.

Checking database functions...
    not using database functionality.

Congratulations, your SquirrelMail setup looks fine to me!
