Delimiter is set in 2. Server Settings -> A. Update IMAP settings.
Is it set to 'detect' or to '/'?

Check if you can use folder names without spaces.

Could you run two custom tests. Check results of

LIST "" "Deleted Messages"

and

LIST "/" "Deleted Messages"
