/usr/bin/perl --version

This is perl, v5.8.4 built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi
 
/usr/local/bin/perl --version

This is perl, v5.8.4 built for x86_64-linux-thread-multi

use #!/usr/bin/perl or #!/usr/local/bin/perl in test.pl file header.

 Both show me the same error as before. They both link to the version 5.8.4. Seems like 5.8.7 is only half installed or something like that?!
