This is the last resort parent squid and the 100.121.11.70 is our
downstream squid (child). I understand it as follows, thanks to
connect_retries set to 10 (here we have more than 10 tries) try to
connect.
I suppose the A/AAAA records should already be in the DNS, but the
last resort squid gave up.
