You got my name right.

Thanks Eliezer...

I'm now updating Squid-3.3.11, but please answer the following queries.

1) Can I restrict a group of IPs' to access only the domains mentioned in
whitelist? (Even google should be blocked)

2) Is there a way, I can access the blacklists (categorized into adult, ads,
proxy, warez, etc) through squid and block/redirect the access?

3) Is there a way to block the torrents, streaming videos?

4) Connection flow will be like internet lease line--->Firewall--->Squid, in
this method how many users can be under Squid? (I fear exceeding the limit
of users may slowdown the process)

5) Is it possible to setup like whenever a user enter a url in the browser,
it should prompt for user name & password, based on the access levels their
requests should be served. Right now, all the machines are in different work
groups.

Please let me know the above works effective in Squid or not.

Also just let me know those can be done through squid or not, I will google
and try to do it. If i face any trouble, I know I have a helping hand.

Thank you
