There are none for this problem. It is bounded by the system I/O limits and some limits imposed by remote HTTP software (ie header length >4KB are unreliable over Internet connections).
As mentioned earlier the Squid helper accepts tokens up to 64KB in size, which is beyond even the reasonable size of maximum HTTP header lines.
