The wiki FAQ is the most up to date texts available. It's essentially a
copy of the book with updates from various other written sources and the
developers as we changed things.
It's urgent "Squid: The Definitive Guide" should publish the second
version, since the current version of this book is really out of date.
Does this mean you are volunteering for the task of re-writing the book?
