Hello Henrik
So you'll find the result of squidclient :
- the result of "squidclient -r -p 80 http://squidserver/" is ok and
working as well as firefox did.
- the result of "squidclient -r -p 80 http://squidserver/foo" give an
error message : actually the squid server forward the foo url to the
second back end server.
So you've right if I try to access directly to the second backend server
with this url http://server2/foo it gives me the same error.
So now my problem is identified but not corrected.
Do you have any idea how to manage this case ? I was thinking the syntax
used in the squid.conf file was good but it seems it's not as good.

Please do that again, this time with a clean cache or using "squidclient
-r -p 80 http://..."
TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT just says Squid already knows it failed from an earlier
request...

I browse it with firefox, the web server is apache and the 3 OS (client
and 2 servers) are linux.
So it should work well, but it don't and when I swap the 2 ip_server I
can see server2 but not server1 in foo directory ?
What does access.log say?
Anything in cache.log?
And does foo exists on server1?
Regards
Henrik
