As a result internet sites are not fully loaded or the same happens to the pictures on these sites. It looks like pools of class 1 work properly (this
still needs to be verified) while pools of class 2 work with mistakes.

With squid-2.5.10_7 nothing seems to have changed. Now there appeared squid-2.5.STABLE11 - but squid с delay pool behaves the same old way.

2.5.STABLE11 includes the squid-2.5.STABLE10-delay_pools.patch as we did not receive any indications of issues with this patch.

It's strange that I haven't yet come across any statements of a similar problem. Does anybody use delay pools at all? Or maybe I have done something wrong. Please, prompt me with this.

Maybe not very many delay pool users have upgraded yet to versions having this patch, or maybe it's something relating to your specific configuration.

if you can reproduce the problem then please take a look at the active request using cachemgr "Objects being sent to clients" and "Client-side Active Requests". This reports quite detailed information both how far Squid has downloaded the object but also what clients are waiting for this object and how much data each client has got and their delay pool assignments.

This data is most easily collected using squidclient:

   squidclient mgr:client_objects > objects.txt
   squidclient mgr:active_requests > requests.txt
