With freedesktop switching to gitlab, the slowness with getting new
accounts created is probably solved, did you try to register there?
If this works, then maybe it's a good opportunity to move UsbDK main
repository back to gitlab.freedesktop.org?

Does it mean we'll need to merge patches from spice-devel mail list (currently we do that by direct push with possibility to use github's pull requests)?
