rpm -q -a | egrep -u 'ipopd|imapd|pop|imap'

Maybe:

rpm -q --file /usr/sbin/ipopd
rpm -q --file /usr/sbin/imapd
(put in correct path above.)

I guess they come from the imap-uw or uw-imap package. (University of
Washington's IMAP, POP2, and POP3 servers.)
