Sure they will, if they perceive it as easier.  Show them how to 
drag-and-drop files off the desktop into remote locations using the 
file transfer client from ssh.com.  Show them how cool it is to run an 
executable right from the remote window.  

This is a case where the more secure client is the _easier_ client.  
If you're encountering resistance, it's because you haven't _shown_
them how it works and how much easier it is than WS-FTP.
