Just to make sure: do all of you know that http://registry.gimp.org exists? It doesn't offer CVS, but provides the developers with means to publish plug-ins and scripts. Plus, it is a lot easier to use for the users than Sourceforge systems - they are overwhelming, and unless you create a nice page for your software yourself, actually quite ugly (more developer- than user-oriented). So if all you're looking for is a site where scripts can be published, create accounts at the registry and do it there (and not in the files section of this group, I doubt that many potential users are subscribed here).
