Hi,
I have s390x machine with SLES 11. On one machine rpm is appending big number to every package name. The qa option is also showing the bignumber (INSTALLTID).
The difference is however the rpm is linked with libselinux.so
when executed with -vv this machine is contacting /var/lib/rpm/pubkeys.
I can provide more details, This issue is consistent.
