Hi,

I have a customer that would like us to stop using source RPMs for distribution. He says that many Linux distributions do not support SRPMS. Does anyone know which distributions do NOT support SRPMS?

Any distribution that can support RPMs can also support SRPMs. I suspect that your customer's distribution does not come with rpmbuild installed by default and your customer either (a) does not want to install it or (b) isn't aware of how to install/use it.
