RE: [rpm-list] rpm changing ownership of /usr

To follow up on the solution I found, the default owner & group for all
files in my rpm was being set to a specific user.  / was in the (%files)
files.base file.  Also I used "%debug_package %{nil}" to skip touching
the /usr folder.  I was simply misconfigured.
