Disabling SELinux checks in rpm -verify

We are using rpm with a non-root user/database, and on SELinux enabled machines when we run verify we get "........C" status for all files.
From what little I could find via google, this seems to be an
undocumented SELinux check. I am assuming the error is due to files in packages being relocated, which is fine, but is there a flag to disable this check as we do mean for files to be relocated and it generates a lot of noise (every file is listed)

On a broader note, is there any recent docs for rpm? I have not been able to find anything written this decade, which I can only assume is because I am not looking hard enough.

Thanks,
