I'm updating a package from version 0.12 to the recently released 1.0 version.
Here's the changelog

How can this be?
We're going from: Epoch: 0 Version: 0.12 Release: 0.lvn.1
to
Epoch: 0 Version: 1.0 Release: 0.lvn.1
Don't tell me I need to increment the Epoch? 1.0 has got to be bigger than 0.12.
