Extracting spec from existing rpm?

Hi,

is it possible to extract spec file from an existing RPM?

I created a number of specific private RPMs and then I lost the spec files 
due to HD crash.  It would be a nightmare to recreate them from memory :-(

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
