Where are the popt tarballs to be found these days? rpm.org has
tarballs only up to 1.7. Then it has 1.8 only as binary RPMs, and
I've seen 1.9 RPMs floating around too. So what's the canonical
location for rpm-1.9.tar.{gz,bz2}?
