He knows how to delete an rpm, I even bet he knows how to delete a 
specific NVR of an rpm.  What he doesn't know how to do is delete a 
specific rpm that has the same Name Epoch Version Release Architecture and 
Color (NEVRAC) as others in the database that have all been installed with 
differing prefixes.
