Using rpm as installer

Hi,

I am new in Linux and rpm so I need a big help.

I want to use rpm as just a software installer...

I have a binary executable with some configuration files which executable
program needs when running...

So I need the rpm to just simply unpack a zip file of the executable and
config files and copy them to a predefined directory..

I don t want to use it for building, compiling open source files and etc...

How can I write an Spec file which once built as rpm file gives me the rpm
installer program.

Hope to hear from some one soon

Regards

Ali
