With Redhat 9, running the GNOME Sound recorder: 1) my sound card is an AUDIGY Live, 2) sound card passes sound test, 3) Gnome sound recorder does not record, the slider (indicating the time length of recording) does not move when <record> is clicked.
Any ideas?
