So, it tried to enable the device, but it couldn't get an IRQ for the device.
This appears to be a BIOS/kernel interaction of some sort. Aside from not having a PnP BIOS option, is there a BIOS option to specifically enable/disable the sound device?
The BIOS options are reduced to the max. If you like to have a look,
