[Sound] Low volume in 7.3 on a Laptop Toshiba Tecra 9000

Hi All,
I'm trying to enjoy music in my Redhat 7.3 installed on a Laptop Toshiba Tecra
9000. But I cannot increase the volume high enough to a reasonable level, I
mean it's really low, with good quality, no problems, but low.

Would you help me to fix my problem? or give me any hint?
