Re: CD-ROM Not Working

    It sounds like it's complaining that /mnt/cdrom is not a directory.
It should be.  Does "ls -ld /mnt/cdrom" show something like

drwxr-xr-x    2 root     root         4096 Nov 20 11:45 /mnt/cdrom

where the "d" at the beginning means it's a directory.
