Kernel Boot Parameter vga=xxx for 1400x1050 screen

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

Currently I am passing vga=791 to the kernel to get a bootup screen
size of 1280x1024. Since my actual screen res is 1400x1050, I would like to
get to this size.

I'm not sure what parameters to pass to the kernel to get this
screen res. Can anyone give any pointers?

I've read the Documentation/svga.txt but that didn't really help either

Thanks

Cheers, .^.
