No. I've never heard of that. YOu need to: m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/mail/sendmail.cf then save your /etc/sendmail.cf to like .old and copy /etc/mail/sendmail.cf to /etc/ that should do it. Then service sendmail restart and you should be good. <<JAV>> ---------- Original Message ----------- From: Andre Cameron <acameron@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx Sent: Fri, 21 Nov 2003 14:58:42 -0500 Subject: Re: Sendmail Not Excepting External connections > Joe Polk wrote: > > >Did you gen a new cf file with m4? > > > > > > Thats what make -C /etc/mail does. > > -- > Shrike-list mailing list > Shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx > https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list ------- End of Original Message ------- -- Shrike-list mailing list Shrike-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/shrike-list
