Do you really need 2.4.20-6?
IIRC kernel-2.4.20-8 was shipped with Shrike:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/os/i386/SRPMS/kernel-2.4.20-8.src.rpm

But you should better try the latest errata kernel:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/9/en/os/SRPMS/kernel-2.4.20-20.9.src.rpm
