Thats not the ATA speed (33, 66, 100, 133, and with SATA 150 I think)
rather, I think its the PCI bus speed or something like that.  Not
really sure but it came up on a previous post to shrike or psyche list
some time ago.  You probably don't need to alter it.  Remember, if it
ain't broke, don't fix it!
