Mondo rpm

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello:

I saw a post earlier today which mentioned 'mondo' as a means of making
an image of a Linux installation, which could then be put on CD(s) for
disaster recovery.

I'd like to give that a try, but the rpm I d/l'd from sourceforge was
packaged for RH 8, and I ran into dependency issues.

My question: how can I best meet the dependency pre-requisites for this
rpm (or can I); or would I be better off looking for an rpm packaged for
RH 9 (which is currently my OS?? I'm feeling my way along, so
step-by-step help would be most welcome

TIA

Regards,

Glenn
