Thanks Gerry,
I did look at the Fedora web page and also at the RHEL pages.

The Fedora page explains RedHat's objectives and vision for
Fedora, which it seems they will support at their convenience.
I was more interested in where RedHat was going, rather than
Fedora. Where can I find a page like that for RedHat?

Fedora looks great for geeks to play with, but one of the
specifically listed Non-Objectives of Fedora is:
"Enabling commercial support, particularly Service Level
Agreements" That forces the consultant to evaluate RHEL
WS in a hurry.

In particular, after all the great work they did on the
desktop, how much of it will be supported in RHEL WS,
and do they plan to be an alternative to MS on the
desktop or are they just going to sharpen their focus
on servers?

I'll buy a copy of RHEL WS, just to find out what's in it,
but I think it's not too much to ask for a datasheet.
Will I have to look for bugs in Open Office to find out
if RH will do anything about them under the support
agreement? I know, call sales and ask. I will.
