There's a good description in the release notes. Read that first.

Briefly, however:

1. Create a directory called /usr/share/fonts/TrueType (for example) and put your TTF fonts in there
2. In /usr/share/fonts, run "fc-cache"
3. Run oosetup and click on the thing for adding fonts. Browse directories to /usr/share/fonts/TrueType and add them all (it makes sense the link rather than copy the files).
