I haven't seen an official answer to this yet. But with Fedora Core
being hosted by Red Hat, I don't see why the packages and updates for
Fedora Core would not be available via RHN. And even in case they
would not, there would be Yum (or apt-rpm) repositories.

If you read

  http://fedora.redhat.com/participate/terminology.html

you see that 

  "RHN has the option to carry Fedora Extras content."

and

  "RHN will not carry Fedora Alternatives content."
  
but no such comment that RHN would not carry Fedora Core content.
So, it looks as if Fedora Core will be available via RHN.
