vfat partition issues

Hello,
Excepting root, all users on my machine can only read
vfat partitions are demied the the ability to write
and execute and delete from my vfat partitions.
How can I change this?
fstab and mtab are included below
fstab
/dev/hdb2               /mnt/dos                vfat  
 auto,owner,users,kudzu,exec,rw 0 0
/dev/hdb6               /mnt/shared             vfat  
 auto,owner,owner,kudzu 0 0
/dev/hdb5               /mnt/common             vfat  
 autoS,user,owner,kudzu,rw 0 0
mtab
/dev/hdb2 /mnt/dos vfat rw,nosuid,nodev 0 0
/dev/hdb6 /mnt/shared vfat rw,nosuid,nodev 0 0
/dev/hdb5 /mnt/common vfat
rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev,autoS 0 0
