Mount the vfat partition with additional mount options as documented
in "man mount". Use what you find appropriate for you environment. I
don't suggest any options other than pointing you to the sections on
"fat" and "vfat" options in the manual, in particular uid=, gid=,
umask=, dmask=, fmask=.

The reason I don't propose specific values is, that the description of
your environment and its requirements with regard to security is
insufficient.
