How can I restore Grub -

I installed Windows 98 in an empty DOS partition on this RH-9 computer 
and of course it now boots to Windows instead of letting Grub offer the 
usual choice of operating systems. How do I repair the damage?

I was forced to go back to dial up after moving to a rural area and with 
the additional unknown of  new telephone lines I was having trouble 
sorting things out and wanted to try the worldnet.att CD for the usual 
reasons, and that requires Windows.

Any help will be appreciated.
