i'm not a lawyer, just married to one. :-)

asking for a dispensation might mean that you are recognizing their CPU licensing
rights, which would not be a good thing.

Hey, can you imagine the paperwork storm that might result if each of us wrote to SCO asking for special (!) dispensation from their latest $699 per CPU licensing demand? I know it's supposed to apply only to commercial users, but that's what they're saying _today_.

BURY THEM!
