You want this in your /etc/procmailrc: :0 fw | spamc :0 e { EXITCODE=$? } That will mark probable spam with *****SPAM***** and a report at the beginning of the mail message...will probably munge up HTML, too. There are other settings that can and should be set at the global and user level, but that's a subject for another thread. While you're at it, you'd do well to go to http://www.spamassassin.org and get the latest version...it's got more and better features.
