Do you use k3b from a Gnome desktop?  running k3bsetup will lock up my entire 
xwindows.  I can run k3b itself, but it didn't pick up my burner in a ATAPI 
mode.  What did you do to gix that?  (magicdev has been gone since the first 
boot of the install).

Yes, k3b was very very cool.  As close to nero as you can get (the good 
versions of nero)
