If you want sendmail to bind to all IP addresses, then remove (comment) the
DaemonPortOptions from sendmail.mc. Then rebuild your sendmail.cf file.
Thats what I do on my mail server. Plus, I use /etc/mail/access to further
restict "who" can submit/relay e-mails.
