I ran that, but not sure how to interpret the data:

udp	0	0  x.xx.xxx.xx:137	0.0.0.0:*
udp	0	0  xxx.xxx.x.x:137	0.0.0.0:*
udp	0	0  0.0.0.0:137		0.0.0.0:*

The first line is for the external address, the second line for the internal,
the third, I have no clue.
