Remote management capabilities in Shrike?

I'm seriously considering replacing an aging Sun Ultra 2 with a new Intel based system most likely running RH9.

As the server sits on a rack with often nobody around to reboot it if necessary I was wondering what remote management capabilities are available in Shrike???

Can the console be attached to a serial port for example?
