I've just had a look at the gstreamer page on sourceforge, but I'm a bit overwhelmed by the 'embarras du choix'. What do I *need* minimally to use gstreamer? I see "gstreamer", "gstreamer-editor", "gstreamer-plugins", and "gstreamer-player". Do I need all four or just a couple of these to basically use and run gstreamer from the gui?
