I believe y0 is the distance from the top of the page. dy is the distance from the bottom of the first label to the bottom of the second label. See http://snaught.com/glabels/doc/templates-1.9x/ for more info on the measurements. I found that when you change the template, you'll have to re-create your label from scratch to use the new measurements.
