Hi, hope someone can help! ;) Connecting to a remote server while using Rh9.0 (say, to composing email or something simple), there are delays -- what seem like pauses in the connection. Sometimes for over a minute a response to a keystroke does not show up. I am running win2K on a machine right next to the linux box, am connected to the same remote server, running similar pico-like program, and no apparent pauses. ? Howcome the linux box is stalling? It is Very annoying!!! I have tried re-booting. The problem does seem relieved for a while, but it seems to always return. oh, and this happened when I had RH7.3 installed, too. (had it installed for about a month only...then went to 9.0. At that time I thought it might be the remote server prob...but as I have no problems using another OS at same time...must be the box??? -- am using a workstation, with ethernet -- DSL -- connection.)
