Redhat-config-printer-tui is the utility for configuring the printer,
not for switching the printer subsystems.  Also, it was not available
under RHL 7.2.  Under 7.2, the tool is "printconf-tui" and only works
with LPRng; it has no awareness of or relationship to CUPS.
