You might be able to cut it down to 10 mins or less.  This is an
excellent package that
doesn't care what's on the drive.  But it's flexible enough that if you
want to repartition while you're restoring, you have that option.  Even
if some elements of the hardware are different, you may be able to clone
a superset and tweak the differences at boot time.

It also works with mindi, which you can use for bare metal recovery.
I use it for backups over the network.
