I expect that you "may" see it included in the next Red Hat release.
MySQL 4.0.13, httpd 2.0.45, and PHP 4.3.2 are already in Rawhide.
Although these packages being is Rawhide in not an absolute guarantee
that they will be included in the next release, it is a very good sign
that they will. The next release is still a long way off.
