I saw your logs. The firewall isn't the problem. If it was, you wouldn't have 
any logs.

Can you give me some more information:
1) What is the url you are trying to access?
2) What is the file you want that url to access?
3) What are the permissions of the file? Who owns the file?
4) What are the permissions of the directory the file is in, and all the 
directories above that? Who owns those directories?

I think it is a permission problem, but I am not sure yet.
